Sharing a photo on his Instagram, the actor posted a photo of a healthy delicious plate consisting of fried salmon and a quinoa salad full of vegetables. We can also spot a green juice with his plate. In his story, he wrote, "80 percent of your achievement towards a healthy and aesthetically immaculate body is your diet." Take a look:
As we can see that the secret to Arjun's fitness lies in his diet, the actor has earlier talked about his workout sessions and balanced diet. In one of his interviews, the actor told that he consumes five meals a day. Each one of his meals is planned according to his exercise routine. The actor also said that he doesn't eat after 9 p.m. because he feels his digestive system needs to relax. He believes that having a healthy metabolism is crucial. So, it's not just about eating well, but also about how it affects your metabolism.
