Well, it's doesn't stop here. After the vegan meal, it was time for some sweet treats. And, yes it was super healthy. The best? Gabriella Demetriades also shared the quick recipe with us. In the first picture, we see a bowl full of oats, almond milk and apple, all cut into pieces, blended well. She soaked them overnight.

Next, Gabriella Demetriades added some roasted coconut chips and peanut butter to the bowl. Only one spoon of peanut butter, she suggested. Isn't it easy?

Prior to this, Gabriella Demetriades shared her easy-to-cook pumpkin and spinach pasta salad recipe. For this one, she used pink harvest gluten free and wheat free pasta, pumpkin grilled with salt and olive oil, lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, carrot and a handful of pumpkin seeds. The recipe is for two people, she said. In the caption, Gabriella demonstrated the process and it goes like this, “Grill the mushrooms and roast the pumpkin, use a good quality oil of your choice. Chop up the rest of the ingredients and throw them in a bowl and mix. For the dressing, I just use the juice of half a lemon and a tiny drop of honey. This mixes in the olive oils and garlic.” We are already hungry. Are you?
