When we come across a travel post by Sarah Todd, we stop, learn, and take cues for our next culinary adventure. The Australian celebrity chef has been traveling across India, discovering hidden food gems. Her latest pit stop: Delhi. Sarah's epicurean hunt led her to Kuremal Mohan Lal Kulfi in Old Delhi. She posted a video on Instagram indulging in two lip-smacking fruity kulfis. "We have all tried fruit inside ice cream. But today, we are doing something very different - it's ice cream inside a fruit. It's called Kuremal's Kulfi," Sarah explained.
Sarah Todd's sweet feast began with mango kulfi. Unlike fruit-flavoured kulfis, this dessert featured fresh mango on the outside with kulfi inside. After taking the first bite, the chef described the mango kulfi as "luxurious, creamy," and sweet, with "little pops of texture." Equally delicious were the saffron pistachios. Next, Sarah treated her taste buds to orange kulfi. Cut into wedges, the zingy orange, "pureed down into a sorbet," was refreshingly delicious, she said. Her verdict: "This is really one of the best kulfis I have tried."

The side note read, "Delhi's iconic Kuremal Kulfi flips everything you thought you knew about kulfi. Instead of fruit-flavoured kulfi, they take real fruits, hollow them out, and fill them with rich, creamy kulfi before freezing them to perfection. The result? A mind-blowing burst of flavour where every bite tastes like nature's own dessert."
After watching the video, people were quick to react. One foodie suggested, "You should have tried the jamun kulfi." Another excitedly remarked, "Mango and ice cream - what's not to love?" Someone else chimed in, "I can imagine how heavenly this would be, especially on a hot Delhi day." A user urged Sarah Todd to "come to Kolkata and try puchka (pani puri)." Another found the concept fascinating, calling it "a cool way to have kulfi." Meanwhile, a fan lauded the chef for "breaking stereotypes (and) trying all kinds of street foods in India."
