When you are living alone outside the country, it is only natural for your guardians to worry about your eating habits and lifestyle. It appears that things are no different for Bollywood superstar Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Dr. Shriram Nene, whose son Arin Nene is studying in the USA. Arin is currently studying at the University of Southern California in the US. In a new video on Dr. Nene's YouTube channel, Arin spoke in detail about his life as a student and how he manages daily tasks like cooking for himself.
Arin shared with fans that he had moved into a home which he was sharing with friends and was no longer living on campus. He added that food has been one of his “biggest challenges”. Speaking about the same, he said, “I just went from going to the dining hall to cooking my own food, which is a blessing and curse. I find myself not having enough time to cook for myself so only then I need to order in. Ordering is not the best move because their delivery fee is just a bit ridiculous. Cooking for myself has been great. It gives me the opportunity to experiment and come up with recipes that I really enjoy.” He also added that he could make groceries last a week or two at times.

In a previous video from July this year, Arin had spoken about studying at a university in the Covid-19 era. He said, “For food, we had our meal plans and we had access to dining halls that operated pretty good hours. I'd say from like 6:30 a.m. to about 9 p.m. - 10 p.m. So you could go in and you could spend a meal swipe and then, in return, get to go to an all-you-can-eat buffet. It was a great setup and it worked perfectly,” adding that the food was good.

Arin also said that when his schedule caused him to miss the dining hall timings, he would order in or eat at restaurants. The third option was “going for the bowl of ramen and hot water.” As Madhuri Dixit laughs, Arin added that cup noodles really help “save a college student.”
Madhuri Dixit and Shriram Nene also have another son name Ryan Nene.
