Let's admit it; at some point in our lives, we all have wished to have easy jobs but also well paying. None of us like to have a hectic lifestyle, but now it has become a part of our routine. But what if there was a company offering you a high salary in exchange for tasting candies!? Doesn't that sound like a dream? Well, it sure does, but it is also true! A Canadian candy manufacturer is looking to hire a qualified taster, offering a salary of up to $100,000 (more than INR 60 lakh) annually. The Ontario-based company announced the position's availability on Instagram and noted that applicants must be at least five years old. The selected candidate will be in charge of conducting business board meetings, authorising new candy inventory with the "CCO stamp of approval" and tasting about 3,500 sweets per month. The company also posted on LinkedIn and informed people that the job is work-from-home with the option to work out of either Toronto, Canada (Canadian Residents) or Newark, New Jersey (American Residents.) They also added, "The candidate will be put through extensive palate training and much more. The Chief Candy Officer should put fun at the forefront of their daily routine." According to Candy Funhouse, candidates should have an unending desire for confectionery goods. They added that they are seeking a bold, creative, natural-born leader who is open to trying new things.
