Ingredients of Anda Khichdi
- 1 Large Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 Green Chillies
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder to taste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 4-5 cups Cooked khichdi
How to Make Anda Khichdi

Saute onions with ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.

Add tomatoes, salt and red chilli powder, and cook.

Break 3 eggs into it and scramble till cooked. Whisk well.

Add in the leftover khichdi, garam masala powder, and mix well.
