Ingredients of Baby Corn Fingers

  • 1 Packet Baby Corn
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Piri Piri powder
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Baby Corn Fingers

Take a packet of baby corn and cut them from between.

Now in a separate bowl take some all-purpose flour, corn flour, oregano and salt to taste.

Add some water to this and form a slurry. Now, throw in baby corn and coat them well.

Next, fry till golden brown.
5.
Once done add chaat masala, red chilli flakes and piri piri powder from top and serve hot.
