Ingredients of Paneer Fingers

  • 200 gms Paneer
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Refined flour (Maida)
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Oil To Fry

How to Make Paneer Fingers

To make Paneer Fingers, first you have to cut the paneer lengthwise.

Now sprinkle ginger garlic paste, red pepper, coriander, chaat masala and salt on the paneer and mix it lightly and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare a thin batter by mixing all purpose flour, cornflour, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and salt.

Take the pieces of paneer and coat it one by one with all purpose flour and then dip it in the batter.

After dipping in the batter, roll it in bread crumbs and put it on a plate.

All Paneer Fingers are ready to fry. Fry Paneer Fingers on medium flame and enjoy with hot mint chutney or ketchup.
