- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 0.75 cup fresh coriander
- 1 cucumbers , finely sliced into long strips
- 2 green onion stems , cut into length
- 1 red chillies , finely sliced
- 1 tsp masala seasoning
How to Make Banh Mi

Begin by splitting the French baguettes down the centre of the top.

Now spread pate on one side and mayonnaise on top.

Next, add the layers of chicken ham, cucumber slices and green onion.
