Ingredients of Punjabli Kathi Roll

  • 100 gms Chicken breast
  • 3 Scrambled eggs
  • 30 gram Onion, sliced
  • 10 gram Ginger
  • 10 gram Garlic
  • 20 ml Tomato puree
  • 20 ml Beaten curd
  • 5 gram Kasuri methi
  • 5 gram Chilli powder
  • 5 Garam masala
  • 5 gram Chat masala
  • 15 ml Olive oil
  • 3-4 Premade chapatti

How to Make Punjabli Kathi Roll

Cut chicken into ½ cm wide strips and keep aside

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sauté cumin seeds

Add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté over medium flame, add chicken pieces and simmer
4.
When the chicken is cooked, add remaining spices and beaten curd, adjust the seasoning and leave aside
5.
Take a prepared Chapati, spread the chicken filling and scrambled egg on chapati and roll up tightly, cut into two halves.
6.
Serve hot with mint chutney and pickled onions
