Ingredients of Boiled Egg Anda Bhurji

  • 4 Boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 small Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Handful chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Boiled Egg Anda Bhurji

In bowl take the boiled eggs and either mash roughly or cut into rough chunks.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and let it cook until the raw smell is gone.

Now add onions and tomatoes and cook until both become a little soft.

Now add all the dry spices and let everything mix together. Finally add the eggs and lightly toss them around in the masala.

After all the egg chunks have masala on them, take off from the heat.
6.
Garnish with desired ingredients and serve hot.
