Ingredients of Dahi Paratha

  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • to taste salt
  • to taste red chilli powder
  • 1-2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to Make Dahi Paratha

1.
Combine wheat flour, salt and all the spices in a bowl.

Add coriander leaves, and knead dough with curd. Use water later only if required.
3.
Rub the dough in greased hands, cover and let it rest for at least half an hour.
4.
Roll rotis with the dough and cook on both the sides with ghee till golden brown.
