About Dahi Paratha Recipe: A flavourful mix of spices such as kasuri methi, coriander, cumin, green chillies and more with curd, cooked to perfection!

Ingredients of Dahi Paratha

  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • to taste salt
  • to taste red chilli powder
  • 1-2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to Make Dahi Paratha

  • 1.Combine wheat flour, salt and all the spices in a bowl.
  • 2.Add coriander leaves, and knead dough with curd. Use water later only if required.
  • 3.Rub the dough in greased hands, cover and let it rest for at least half an hour.
  • 4.Roll rotis with the dough and cook on both the sides with ghee till golden brown.
