Hara Bhara Soya Kebab Recipe: Give your regular hara bhara kebabs a delightful twist by adding soya to them. Ingredients of Hara Bhara Soya Kebab
- 1 Cup soya granules
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 2 cup spinach (palak), chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-inch ginger
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- 5-6 green chillies
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel (saunf) powder
- 2 tbsp besan, lightly roasted
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Oil for pan-frying
How to Make Hara Bhara Soya Kebab

Boil the soya granules with 2 cups of water and ½ tsp salt for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out all excess water. Keep aside.

Steam the spinach leaves with ginger, garlic and green chillies for around 5 minutes.

Cool and then blend these ingredients together along with the green peas. Grind to form a coarse paste.

In a large bowl, combine this spinach mixture with the granules, onion, coriander and mint.

Add the powdered masalas listed above along with salt (2 tsp or to taste).

Add the lemon juice and roasted besan. Mix thoroughly.
7.
Finally, incorporate the breadcrumbs just before you start frying.
8.
Shape the mixture into kebab/ tikki-like shapes and pan-fry on both sides on medium flame. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
