Ingredients of Healthy Ragi Banana Cake
- 1 Cup Ragi
- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Oats flour
- 3 small Banana (mashed)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Crushed jaggery
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Raisins
How to Make Healthy Ragi Banana Cake

Combine the three flours, mix well.

Add curd, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda and coconut sugar/jaggery. Mix well.

Add mashed banana and raisins. Give it a mix and put the batter in a baking tray lined with greased butter paper

Bake in pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes.
Recipe Notes
You can also use coconut sugar instead of jaggery.
