About Ragi Banana Cake : Ragi banana cake is a very healthy and delicious recipe that yeilds ragi flour, wheat flour , coconut sugar and jaggery. This cake is very soft and fluffy with an amazing flavour of banana.
Ingredients of Healthy Ragi Banana Cake
1 Cup Ragi
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Oats flour
3 small Banana (mashed)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Crushed jaggery
1/2 cup Curd
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Raisins
How to Make Healthy Ragi Banana Cake
1.Combine the three flours, mix well.
2.Add curd, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda and coconut sugar/jaggery. Mix well.
3.Add mashed banana and raisins. Give it a mix and put the batter in a baking tray lined with greased butter paper
4.Bake in pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes.
You can also use coconut sugar instead of jaggery.
