Ingredients of Karela Seekh Kebab
- 2 Bitter gourds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp Powdered black pepper
- 1/2 cup Khoya
- 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan)
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 200 gm Grated potato
- to taste Salt
How to Make Karela Seekh Kebab

De-seed the karela and boil them. Soak in cold water to cool down. Finely chop the boil karela and add to a bowl.

Next, add the boiled potatoes, minced garlic, ginger, crushed khoya and gram flour. Prepare a soft and mushy dough. Season it with pepper, salt and cumin seeds.

Wrap the dough around a skewer, just like a seekh kebab. Heat a pan and add ghee. Cook the wrapped seekh kebab till they are crisp. The karela seekh kebabs are ready!
