Ingredients of Keema Pav
- 250 gm Plant-based mutton keema
- 4 Pav buns
- 80 ml Oil
- 2 gms Cardamom
- 2 gms Cloves
- 2 gms Cinnamon
- 30 gms Green chillies
- 150 gms Onion
- 80 gms Tomatoes
- 60 gms Ginger-garlic paste
- 6 gms Turmeric powder
- 15 gms Chilli powder
- 30 gms Garam masala
- 2-3 gms Kasuri methi
- Coriander leaves, to garnish
- Lemon juice, to garnish
- to taste Salt
How to Make Keema Pav
1.
Set a wok on medium heat and add the oil. After the oil is hot, add the spices and saute for 30 seconds.

Add green chillies, onions and ginger-garlic paste and saute till the onions are a light brown colour.

Add turmeric, garam masala, and tomatoes and saute for a few minutes. Add the keema into the wok and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Add kasuri methi and salt into the wok. Shift to a bowl and garnish with lemon juice and coriander.
5.
Serve hot with toasted pav.
