  • 20 gm edamame beans
  • 20 gm mock meat
  • 20 gm shitake mushroom
  • 10 gm spring onion
  • 5 gm dark soya sauce
  • 10 ml sunflower oil
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Lotus Leaf Wrapped Fried Rice

Heat oil in a wok till smoke appears.
