Ingredients of Mutton 65

  • 500 gms Boneless mutton
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Rice powder
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • For the garam masala:
  • 1 Marathi mokku or caper
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 2 Mace flower
  • 1/2 Nutmeg
  • 1 Cinnamon stick (2 inch)
  • 1 tsp Raw rice, roasted

How to Make Mutton 65

1.
Mix all the ingredients namely garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and beaten egg with rice flour & corn flour.

This will give you your marinade.

Smear the marination on the mutton pieces and leave it for about 30 minutes.
4.
Fry the chicken in hot oil.
5.
Serve with raw onion and lemon wedges.
