Who doesn't love popcorn? This tandoori chicken popcorn is juicy from the inside and crispy and crunchy from the outside. The tandoori masala gives it a flavourful taste. They are ideal to munch on while watching a movie or chilling with friends.

Ingredients of Tandoori Chicken Popcorn
- 250gm Chicken Breast
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 3 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 300gm Thick Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Roasted Besan
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Amchur Powder
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
How to Make Tandoori Chicken Popcorn

Chop the chicken in nugget sized pieces. Bathe it in red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and vinegar. Massage the chicken till it spices mix well.

Create a marinade with mustard oil, Kashmiri red chilli powder, yoghurt, besan, coriander powder, black salt, amchur powder, jeera powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, kasuri methi and ginger-garlic paste.

Dunk the chicken in the marinade and keep it for 1 hour.

Next, coat each piece of marinated chicken in maida, dip them in egg and coat it with breadcrumbs. Deep fry the chicken pieces till they are golden crisp.
