Ingredients of Tawa Chaap Masala
- Soya chaap Chunks
 - For Marinade
 - 2 tbsp Yogurt/curd
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 tsp Black pepper powder
 - 1 Lemon
 - For Gravy
 - 1/4 tsp Kasoori Methi
 - 10-15 Almonds- Soaked overnight
 - 1 tbsp Oil
 - 1 Chopped onion
 - 100 gram Fresh cream
 - 1 Red chili powder
 - 1 tsp Black pepper powder
 - 1 tsp Chaat Masala
 - Dry coconut
 - 5-6 Leaves Coriander for garnish
 - 1 Chopped green chili for garnish
 
How to Make Tawa Chaap Masala
Let's prepare the marinade.
1.
Take Soya chaap Chunks in a bowl and add salt, black pepper powder, curd, and lemon juice. Mix well and keep it in the refrigerator for 40-45 minutes.

Now, to make malai gravy, prepare the dry ingredients.

Grind dry coconut, kasoori methi, and soaked almonds together. Keep them aside.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Saute the onions till it turns light pink and add previously prepared coconut-almond masala.

Cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame till the coconut mixture is slightly toasted and fragrant.

Now, add marinated soya Chunks and cook everything for 3-4 minutes on slow heat while stirring it continuously.
7.
Add cream/malai, red chili powder, pepper powder, and Chaat masala.
8.
Mix everything well and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
9.
Your Tawa Chaap Masala is ready. Enjoy it with garnished fresh coriander leaves, slit green chilies and Rice.
