- 2 Bread slices
- 1 cup Paneer (cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 Colourful bell peppers (sliced)
- Tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Sweet corn kernels
- 2 tbsp Pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- to taste Oregano
- 2 tsp Chili flakes
- to taste Salt
- Butter or oil

Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes. Marinate them in a mix of spices (like red chilli powder, garam masala, and a pinch of salt) and a splash of lemon juice. Set aside.
Heat a little butter or oil on a tawa over medium heat. Saute the bell peppers, tomatoes, and sweet corn kernels until they're slightly tender.
Lay a bread slice on the tawa. Spread a generous spoonful of pizza sauce evenly to coat the slice.
Sprinkle some of your sautéed veggies on top of the sauce. Place the marinated paneer cubes over the veggies.
Grate mozzarella cheese over the paneer and veggies.
Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt over the cheese.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook till the cheese melts and the bottom side of the bread turns golden brown and crispy.
