Ingredients of Hara Masala Tawa Kaleji

  • 500 gms Mutton liver
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Spring onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves (chopped)
  • 5-6 Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Large onion (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Curd

How to Make Hara Masala Tawa Kaleji

To begin with the recipe, you first need to take a bowl, fill it half with water and add 500 grams mutton liver. Add ginger-garlic paste, vinegar and set it aside.

Meanwhile, take a mini bowl (katori), add spices like black pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder. Mix well.

Now, take a blender, add chopped spring onions, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, water and blend.

Next, heat oil in a tawa or griddle. Add grated onion paste and cook it for 4-5 mins. Add ginger garlic paste and cook again.

Strain the water from the kaleji and add the kaleji onto the tawa. Mix well.

Add prepared masala mix and mix. After that, add curd and mix again.

After 10 mins, add the green paste and mix everything well. Adjust the salt according to the taste. Serve and enjoy!
