The allure of Asian cuisine has always held us captive. Its rich tapestry of flavours is an enticing invitation for culinary exploration. Driven by an insatiable curiosity and an unwavering affection for the intricate flavours of Asia, we couldn't resist the temptation to dive headfirst into this gastronomic adventure. Armed with our order, we set sail on a voyage of epicurean discovery, eagerly anticipating the mouthwatering treasures that awaited us at every corner.
Upon the arrival of our order, the first thing that struck us was the meticulous packaging. Dim Sum Delights:
Our culinary voyage began with their enticing dim sum menu, offering an array of options for both vegetarians and carnivores. Our selections included the mix-veg dim sums and the tantalizing chicken sui mui, both elegantly presented in bamboo baskets. The mix-veg dim sums revealed a delicate blend of finely chopped carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, and tofu, boasting a moist and flavorful interior. The chicken sui mui, wrapped in a translucent skin, offered a juicy and succulent bite. Accompanied by spicy soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce, these dim sum creations were elevated to an entirely new level.
Sushi Sensation:
Venturing further, we explored the sushi section, featuring rolls crafted from fresh, top-quality ingredients. Our choice, the prawn tempura roll, was a textural masterpiece - crispy fried prawn encased in a harmonious fusion of rice and seaweed, adorned with sesame seeds and tobiko (fish roe). With a delightful crunch on the outside and a burst of flavours within, this sushi was a winner. Served alongside ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce, every element harmonised seamlessly.
Appetisers:

Chilli Chicken in Basil Sauce

For appetisers, we savoured the stir-fried veg oriental greens, the fiery chilli chicken basil, and the delectable veg dragon rolls. The stir-fried veg oriental greens featured a medley of broccoli, baby corn, bok choy, and snow peas bathed in a delicate garlic sauce, rendering crisp yet tender veggies kissed by aromatic flavours. The chilli chicken basil, a spicy symphony of boneless chicken, red chillies, basil leaves, and onion, offered a tantalizing kick, with the basil providing a refreshing balance. The veg dragon rolls, deep-fried spring rolls stuffed with shredded cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, and glass noodles, showcased an irresistible crispy exterior enveloping a flavorful and satisfying filling.

Moving on to the main course, we indulged in fresh vegetables bathed in a rich chilli black bean sauce, diced chicken adorned with schezwan spice, and the ever-comforting hakka noodles. The fresh vegetables in chilli black bean sauce were a visual and flavorful treat, featuring zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, and baby corn luxuriating in a luscious, spicy sauce enriched with fermented black beans flavours. Meanwhile, the diced chicken in schezwan sauce proved to be a fiery delight, with tender chicken cubes dancing amidst dried red chillies, garlic, ginger, and vinegar.
