First, put lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste in a bowl and keep aside for 10 minutes. Now take curd in another bowl, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pickle masala and oil and mix. Add fish fillets to this mixture and let it marinate for 20 minutes. After this, put the pieces of fish in the skewer and roast them in the tandoor. You can also roast them in a nonstick pan or bake them in a preheated 180-degree oven. Serve with mint chutney and onion rings.
