Aloo Bhindi Recipe: How To Make Aloo Bhindi Ki Sabzi

Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the potatoes and fry them till they are crisp. Remove the fried potatoes and drain the oil from them. Add chopped okra to the same kadhai and cook them till they are softened. Remove from the kadhai.

Add the finely chopped onions and saute till they are translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till the raw smell goes away. Add the chopped tomatoes and season them with cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Saute till oil separates.

Now, add the cooked bhindi and aloo to the masala mixture, and mix it well. Sprinkle the garam masala, amchur and salt, and saute for a minute. Garnish the sabzi with crushed kasuri methi. The sabzi is ready!
