We don't know about you, but Amrita Rao seems to know the benefits just too well. The actress had a lovely spread and she also danced her way through it. A few days ago, Amrita jumped on the Instagram Reels bandwagon. And, oh boy. The actress did it in style while sitting across a delectable Italian spread. Amrita, who had homecooked food for 19 months, decided to enjoy her cheat day in her own way. However, she mentioned, “It was cooked healthy and made with all safety guidelines and dietary instructions in place for me.”
