It is a known fact that western countries have a predominantly non-vegetarian diet and that most of their food items, contain some form of meat or eggs in them. While that may not be an issue for many of us, Indian vegetarians are stuck with a meagre variety of foods that they can consume while on an international holiday. Alaya F recently has been vacationing in France and all the vegetarians out there can totally relate to her plight when it comes to food. The breakthrough star of 2020, Alaya F has garnered herself a 1.2 million strong fan base and often shares glimpses of her life on Instagram. Most recently, Alaya was seen vacationing in France and her food stories have been the highlight of her vacation. From craving French toast to depending on salad, here is what the actor has posted.
Alaya recently reached France and it turns out that surviving as a vegetarian for her is proving to be much more difficult than it seems. For breakfast, when Alaya wanted French toast, she was provided with just plain fresh toast since the original recipe has eggs in it. Alien to vegetarian foods, her hotel staff even suggested having fish if she wanted to. She has uploaded a video about her situation and it is as funny as it gets. She captioned the video "I just wanted some French toast and I got fresh toast...real talk though, bring a vegetarian in Paris is hard." She further added, "When I ask what their vegetarian options are, they point at the fish and then I say no I can't have fish either and they look at me with horror and pity...and I eat fresh toast and salad". And, talking of salads, her very next post was about a fresh salad loaded with fruits, greens, and nuts. She enjoyed the salad along with a beautiful view of the Eiffel tower. She captioned the post, "Salad- another, and a view like none other". Take a look at the post:
