Monsoon is around and it's time to enjoy the change in weather with all the seasonal goodness. It's that time of the year when smoky aroma of roasted bhuttas or makkai corn literally compels you to stop by a roadside stall and buy one! Monsoon and charcoal-roasted bhuttas go hand-in-hand. During the rainy season, streets are hoarded by bhuttawallahs, who are ready to serve you your favourite snack with a generous slathering of lemon juice, salt, chilli powder and even butter. But wait, if you are too lazy to step out of home and wish to savour this delight in the comforts of your home, then we're certainly here to help you.

To gorge on this seasonal delight at home, all you need is fresh corns! Most people are apprehensive about grilling the corn on cooking range as it tends to stick and may end up creating a lot of mess in the kitchen. To save you from the trouble, famous YouTuber Manjula Jain has shared a delish recipe of Grilled Corn, which she has prepared in a pan by removing the corn kernels off the cob.

By removing the kernels from the cob, you will save the mess that could have otherwise been created if the cob was grilled on the cooking range. Just place a glass bowl under the fresh corn and run the knife downwards to remove the kernels. Once they are all out, follow the steps given in the video below and you have a delectable monsoon recipe ready.
