To make kulle ki chaat, the fruits or vegetables like cucumber, potato, tomato and oranges are first scooped and hollowed out. Now in that fruit/veggie case goes in the rustic mix of chickpeas, pomegranate seeds, and a salty-citrus mix of kala namak and lemon. The burst of flavours present between in each bite of this chaat is sure to leave you craving for more. Sweet, salty, and sour, this bite-sized chaat is one of the most well-balanced chaat items of Delhi. Since, it is made with just fruits, veggies, chana and a whole lot of lemon, this is also perhaps one of the (very few) healthiest chaat items you can have in Delhi, especially in monsoons.
