Here Is The Recipe Of Ghee Rice | Ghee Rice Recipes

To make this recipe, first, take a kadai heat ghee and roast cashew and raisins. Roast the cashew to golden brown and keep it aside. Now in the same kadai, saute bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and pepper. Add onion, chilli and saute until the onions turn golden brown. Now add 1 cup basmati rice (soaked 20 minutes) and roast for 1 minute without breaking rice grains. Add water, lemon juice and salt. Stir well and get the water to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, fluff the rice gently without breaking rice grains. Add fried nuts and mix well. Finally, enjoy ghee rice!
