To begin with the recipe, you first need to cut each slice of bread into four triangles after trimming their sides. Now, make a thick sugar syrup by boiling sugar, water and rose essence. 

Next, heat ghee in a pan and fry the bread.  Once done, soak the bread in the sugar syrup for 5 minutes. Take out the slices and arrange it on a platter and top it with rabri. Garnish with silver leaf and nuts. Shahi tukda with rabri is ready!
