The Farziwieser stands out not just for its tropical and spiced notes, but also for the way it is served, in a reused beer bottle that nods to mindful consumption. With pineapple juice, elderflower, lime and ginger forming the base and ginger ale adding sparkle, the drink brings together flavour and purpose in a way that feels quietly impactful.
