First of all, take a big pan and add half a pan of water to it. Next, take muslin cloths put tea leaves, ties a knot and boil it in the Nutri. Keep stirring so that the colour spreads equally. Next, drain the nutri, wash in fresh water and cut it into small pieces.

Take a wok and add oil and butter together. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies in the wok and saute for 5 minutes. When mixed thoroughly, add tomato puree along with all other spices and mix well.

Pour tomato sauce and saute until the ghee separates. Add Nutri over it and mix properly. Nutri is ready, serve it with kulcha or smother it on top of it.
