As Indians, we love our paneer. Right? The goodness of these soft milky chunks just elevates any dish that you add them in. Paneer is quite versatile too - you can use it to make a healthy paneer salad, a luxurious paneer makhani, a quick snack like paneer tikka, and more. In fact, you can actually throw some paneer in any dish you want, and it will taste just better. One such popular option among all is paneer pizza. Cheesy pizza with spicy paneer chunks on the top - the very thought of this delicacy makes us slurp. Which is why paneer pizza remains one of the most ordered options in almost every pizza parlour. That's not all. We often make it at home, that too with several customisations as per our choice - naanza being one such recipe.
Don't worry; this is not a recipe where you have to go crazy looking for all the right ingredients. It is rather something much easier and much closer to home. Paneer naanza is a delicious cheesy and crunchy paneer pizza where we use a naan instead of a regular pizza base. A perfect combination of Indo-Italian flavours, this dish can be a show stealer at any given point of time.

How To Make Paneer Naanza | Paneer Naanza Recipe:
Paneer Naanza is loaded with cheese - cottage, parmesan and mozzarella. Besides being a delight, it is also quite refreshing, thanks to the desi herbs used in the recipe. To make this dish, first we knead dough for the naan by mixing maida, a pinch of salt, some curd and oil. Let it rest for some time.
Meanwhile, prepare the pizza sauce by cooking together cumin, ginger-garlic paste, onions, tomato puree and cream. Marinate some paneer and slightly sauté it. Keep them aside.
Now make tiny balls out of the dough and roll it plain, then bake until brown and crispy. Spread the sauce, paneer and add generous amounts of the cheese coriander and pudina mixture on the naan and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese gets melted. Take out and let it cool for a minute before cutting naanza slices and devouring it to its glory.
