Sonam Kapoor is quite the foodie. In fact, in one particular interview, the Bollywood beauty had revealed her love for scrumptious street food of Mumbai, declaring that she loved 'street food, fine dining and everything in between.' However, the strict diet that the Veere Di Wedding star follows, might hardly allow her to indulge in something without counting the calories in it. So despite being a foodie at heart, Sonam follows a strict diet to keep off weight gain. Last year, Sonam had declared that she was officially a vegan convert and that she had completely given up eating meat and dairy.Sonam favors healthy home-cooked meals over eating out and her love for clean meals is clear from this recent recipe that she shared on her Instagram story yesterday. The recipe was done by self-declared food and wine aficionado Subhash Dhar, who is accompanying the crew of Sonam's upcoming flick Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. The recipe that Dhar had shared on her Instagram page winedineguru was a pure vegetarian and extremely healthy one that also looks yummy. "Vegetarian's delight: Air fried yellow peppers, cauliflower flower and potato wedges tossed in a blend of salt, turmeric, onion powder, lemon juice, fennel seed powder and olive oil. Served with stir-fried steamed brown rice, sun-dried tomatoes, freshly squeezed tomato juice and seasoning. Served with Spanish red wine (Tempranillo grapes)", wrote Dhar on Instagram.
