Next, add tomato puree to the pan. Once that is cooked, add the yoghurt spice mix. Following that, combine the chicken and garam masala, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through. Now, take a piece of coal and heat it in a small katori. Put the katori in the pan and drop some ghee from the top.
