Ginger Lemongrass Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients -
2 lemongrass sticks, cut into thin strips
2 tea bags
1 lemon, sliced
2 inch ginger
2 cups cold water
4 glasses hot water
2 tablespoons sugar

Method - 
 Step 1 - Pour hot, boiling water into a jar and add the teabags. Let them sit till the water cools down.
Step 2- In the other bowl of cold water, add lemongrass and ginger. Now, transfer the water into a vessel and heat on a medium heat. Let it boil till is reduced to just half a cup.
Step 3 - Add sugar and stir till it dissolves in the water.
Step 4 - Let it cool down and add to the water in the other jar sitting with teabags.
Step 5 - Drop in lemon slices and some ice cubes, and serve.
