Beautifully marinated and fried in a shallow pan, chicken legs are then coated with a hint of honey.

Ingredients of Lemongrass Chicken

  • 4-5 Chicken legs
  • 1-2 Lemons (Juice)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp garlic paste
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • For shallow frying Oil
  • 4-5 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Lemon Grass

How to Make Lemongrass Chicken

  • 1.Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and pepper.
  • 2.Heat some oil in a non stick pan, add the chicken marinade and stir for a few minutes.
  • 3.Drop in the lemon grass, mix and add the water.
  • 4.Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or till chicken is done.
  • 5.Now add the honey, mix well and cover again for a few minutes.
  • 6.Serve the chicken with a lemon wedge.
