And now, chef Saransh Goila has treated social media users to an easy and tasty recipe to make some malai lassi. With simple ingredients that are easily available at home, you can make this lassi in just a few minutes.

To make Chef Goila's special malai lassi, you will need the following ingredients.

  • Crushed ice - half a cup
  • Curd ( made from full cream milk) - half a cup
  • Malai - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Rosewater.
  • A cocktail shaker (optional)

To make the lassi, follow these simple steps:

  • Add the crushed ice into a big glass or cocktail shaker
  • Next, top this with the curd and malai
  • Add sugar and a few drops of rose water.
  • Close the glass/ cocktail shaker and mix well.
  • Pour into a glass to create forth and top it with more malai

Sharing the video, the chef wrote, “Tararara Malai Lassi in the cocktail shaker. 2 spoons boora or powdered cheeni must be added…. It is #delishaaas and fully dreamy, creamy and frothy,” asking viewers to try the recipe at home.

Previously, chef Goila had also posted a recipe to turn the humble papad into a stunning pasta dish. Sharing the recipe, the chef wrote on Instagram, “Papad Aglio e Olio. People are making chips with pasta so I thought why not make pasta with papad. After all, cooking has no boundaries. I dared myself and made this for lunch. What was bound to fail ended up being very very tasty.”
