Start by roasting cumin seeds, whole dry red chillies and asafoetida in some oil. Then add the matar and stir fry for some time. Season with spices like turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala and amchoor powder. Stir fry everything together.
