First, we have listed the ingredients:

  • Ragi flour
  • Rice flour
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Mint powder
  • Fennel seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • Mint
  • Curd
  • Green chillies
  • Cabbage
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Tomato
  • Oil
  • Paneer/Cheese

Now, take a look at the steps:

  • First, Mix two tablespoons of rice flour with ragi flour.
  • Next, add the regular spices — turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and salt to the bowl. Mix the ingredients to form a thick paste.
  • It's time to introduce two tablespoons of curd, green chillies, cabbage, onion, capsicum and tomato to the batter. Again, mix it well.
  • Now, it's to cook. Heat a non-stick tawa and brush ghee/oil on it. TIP: perform a drop test to check the heat intensity of tawa.
  • Spread the batter on the tawa and cover it with a lid. Slip the side and let it cook.
  • Before serving, garnish it with paneer and you are good to go.
