And that's exactly what happened recently when Parineeti Chopra sent some homemade treats made by her mother to actor Anupam Kher. Parineeti is currently vacationing in her hometown Ambala with her family. Anupam Kher took to social media to thank her and her mother Reena Chopra in an adorable video, which he posted on his Instagram stories. Look at the delicious treats here:

Ladoos and Mathris

Now, who can resist digging-in these lovely snacks? From motichoor ladoos to crispy matthis, we are already slurping at the sight of these! In a heartfelt note along with these treats, the 'Namaste England' actor wrote, 'Sir, very few people will understand the value of these homemade things. Love Pari.' What was even more heart-warming was that in another note she mentioned the name of some of the homemade snacks and how he could eat them tension-free since the sweet treats were free from refined sugar! Parineeti wrote, 'Sir, you can eat tension-free, my parents have sent- Homemade Aata Ladoo (aata+jaggery), Gacchchak (peanuts+jaggery) and Matthi (with achaar).'

Anupam Kher was truly touched by the gesture and said 'I can't wait to eat it all!' Looking at the pictures, we don't even blame him! Isn't it adorable how the biggest of celebrities love to relish little treats from home?

On the other hand, Parineeti is having a fun time back at home. From learning to eat sugarcane from her father to plucking fresh lemons from a tree, she's is doing it all and how! On the work front, she will be next seen in the biopic of India's badminton champion Saina Nehwal. Besides that she also has 'The Girl On The Train' and 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar' alongside Arjun Kapoor coming up.
