Eggs are among the most versatile ingredients in the kitchen and a health enthusiast's best friend. They are easy to make, comforting and, what's more, they can be had any time of the day and in any form — as a fancy snack, a homey breakfast or an elaborate meal. Actress-director Soni Razdan elevated the humble omelette into an egg-cellent dish for her Monday lunch, and over 24 hours later, we are still obsessing over how tempting it looked. She shared a photo of her loaded healthy platter on Instagram Stories. It had a mushroom omelette cooked with blue cheese, some greens and a bowl of salad. She also mentioned the number of calories, carbs, proteins and fats in the dish. Take a look:

Soni is big on food though she may not often show it. But, this parrot, in a video that Soni shared in May, seemed to know where to go and find its food. The video showed a parrot “crashing” Soni's table, quenching its thirst from a bowl and carrying away a roll.

Last year in October, Soni had also shared pictures of her birthday cakes from a set. She, definitely, was relishing them. She captioned the post, “Well, since it's the time of Covid, one has to feed cake to oneself hai na. But bringing in a birthday on a set is the best!”

During the lockdown last year, she had shared a photo of a bowl of chaat that she had made for lunch. In the caption, Soni mentioned that the chaat was “to die for”.

She can indulge in desserts as much as she loves savoury food and we can prove it. In another post during the lockdown last year, she had shared an image of a “treacle sponge pudding with a twist”.

Considering Soni's love for food, it would be hard for her not to rub off her culinary skills on her husband, Mahesh Bhatt. Soni shared a video of their “cooking classes” and added, “A few stirrings here and there. And they want to put it on TikTok.”
