She recently posted a picture of a delicious-looking pudding bowl on her Instagram stories and we couldn't help but drool! The pudding was made with coconut milk and crunchy chia seeds along with what looked like blueberries tossed into it. And it seems like it's the ultimate comfort food for the actor. Sonam captioned the story "Chia seed pudding with coconut milk is my jaaaaaaaam".

Chia seeds are known to be a treasure trove of nutrients. Not only are they rich source of plant-based protein but also has good amount of fibre and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. According to health experts, small quantities of chia seeds added to daily diet can help strengthen immunity, boost metabolism. The coconut milk, which has a subtle and mildly sweet flavour, makes for a yummy and wholesome, sweet treat without actually adding refined sugar. Guess Sonam Kapoor just gave us a perfect breakfast idea!

On the professional front, Sonam was last seen in Hindi adaptation of the 'Zoya Factor', where she starred opposite Dulquer Salman. She would resume projects once the lockdown situation gets better.
