The now-viral video shared on Instagram starts with the vendor proudly introducing his food stall, where he claims to serve an impressive 25 types of kulchas. The process begins with him mashing up all the ingredients to prepare the stuffing for the kulcha. Once stuffed, he places it in a tandoor and slow-cooks it. But here is where things take a turn. After pulling the kulcha out of the tandoor, he drenches it in an almost shocking amount of ghee. Finally, the dish is served alongside chole and topped with a generous helping of cheese shavings.
