Ingredients of Aloo Mooli Ki Sabzi
- 1 Raddish (Chopped)
- 2 Potatoes (Chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Ginger (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- A pinch of hing
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
How to Make Aloo Mooli Ki Sabzi

Heat some oil, add a pinch of hing. When it crackles, add ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add chopped radish along with its leaves, and potatoes. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

Add a dash of water and cook.

Add garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot.
