Ingredients of Aloo-Gobi 65
1/2 Cup cauliflower
1/2 cup potato
2-3 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp garam masala powder
Salt (as per taste)
Red chilli powder (as per taste)
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
For tadka:
1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp mustard seeds
2 Whole red chilli
4-6 Curry leaves
Oil
How to Make Aloo-Gobi 65
1.Cut the vegetables in medium-sized cubes. Half boil potato and cauliflower.
2.Mix yogurt with garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder and red chilli powder.
3.Dunk the potato and veggies in yogurt mix.
4.Add corn flour and rice flour to that. Mix everything well.
5.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the ingredients till they turn golden brown in colour.
6.In another pan, heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste, mustard seeds, whole dry red chilli and curry leaves.
7.Prepare a tadka and pour on the fried veggies.
8.Toss everything together and add chaat masala if you want. Squeeze some lemon juice if you want and serve hot.
