Ingredients of Aloo-Gobi 65

  • 1/2 Cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup potato
  • 2-3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Red chilli powder (as per taste)
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • For tadka:
  • 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2 Whole red chilli
  • 4-6 Curry leaves
  • Oil

How to Make Aloo-Gobi 65

  • 1.Cut the vegetables in medium-sized cubes. Half boil potato and cauliflower.
  • 2.Mix yogurt with garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder and red chilli powder.
  • 3.Dunk the potato and veggies in yogurt mix.
  • 4.Add corn flour and rice flour to that. Mix everything well.
  • 5.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the ingredients till they turn golden brown in colour.
  • 6.In another pan, heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste, mustard seeds, whole dry red chilli and curry leaves.
  • 7.Prepare a tadka and pour on the fried veggies.
  • 8.Toss everything together and add chaat masala if you want. Squeeze some lemon juice if you want and serve hot.
