Ingredients of Corn-Aloo Sabzi

  • 1 Potato
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

How to Make Corn-Aloo Sabzi

Chop a potato. The potatoes should now be added to a hot pan with olive oil.

Cook them until they are soft. Boil some corn in a pot until then.

Check the potatoes once more, then add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and chaat masala. Mix this thoroughly.

Add the corn. Let it cook. Garnish with dhaniya and serve!
